Opposites Pop!

Opposite colors, otherwise known as complementary colors, can really pop next to each other. Gather your supplies* and create some eye-popping artwork!

Supplies: To do the art project along with Miss Erin, you’ll need these materials:

·         Colored papers in these colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. Miss Erin will be using construction paper, but you can also use tissue paper, cardstock, or whatever else you have on-hand.

·         Pencil

·         Scissors

·         Glue stick

·         Two items to trace of the same shape but different sizes, like a plastic yogurt container lid and a water bottle lid. Or you can create your own tracing stencils; Miss Erin will show you how, using your scissors and a piece of cardstock.
