ONE NIGHT STAND WITH THE CRMA

Join CRMA new curator Julia Jessen as she discusses Lewandowski’s painting The Waterfront.  Completed when the artist was only 21, The Waterfront marks an important early point in the artist’s long and productive career, including his association with other artists such as Charles Sheeler, Charles Demuth, and Georgia O’Keeffe.  This work is on view in the Museum’s current exhibition Work and Society in the 1930s.
