Guided Meditation at the Grant Wood Studio: “The Vessel: Form and Function”

Borrowing from the Cedar Rapids Museum Of Art's exhibition bearing the same name, we'll kick off the new year exploring ways we might metaphorically identify "self" as a "vessel", and what we might choose to "contain", or "pour in."

Noelle Holmes of Illuminations Healing Arts Center will lead you through this guided meditation, perfect for anyone from beginners to experienced meditators. Space is limited, so sign up early.
