Guided Meditation at the Grant Wood Studio: “Twilight and Twinkle Lights”

Cozied in the Grant Wood Studio, our meditation journey into winter twilight will find us tapping into the magic of the season and exploring what gifts it holds.
Noelle Holmes of Illuminations Healing Arts Center will lead you through this guided meditation, perfect for anyone from beginners to experienced meditators. Space is limited, so sign up early.
