Guided Meditation at the Grant Wood Studio: Then & Now

More than sixty paintings and photographs from the Shogren-Meyer collection take us back to life in the 1930's. Often depicting working Americans who experienced and implemented radical changes, this exhibition, on view June 3 – September 10 at the CRMA, provides a peering into the challenges people faced. Our meditation will walk us through reflection points of struggle, innovation and resiliency in the present context.
Noelle Holmes of Illuminations Healing Arts Center will lead you through this guided meditation, perfect for anyone from beginners to experienced meditators. Space is limited, so sign up early.
