Guided Meditation at the Grant Wood Studio: Radiant Recharge

As Autumn comes to a close we'll bask in the golden light of the season. The vision of allowing deep, illuminating warmth will guide us through the ways we've embraced this season of plenty. Noelle Holmes of Illuminations Healing Arts Center will lead you through this guided meditation, perfect for anyone from beginners to experienced meditators. Space is limited, so sign up early.
