Guided Meditation at the Grant Wood Studio: Imagine and Engage

As inhabitants of the Corridor slowly emerge from last year's impacts, this moment calls for partnering innovatively with new vision and action.  We'll tap into the inward reflection to see what wise experience invites.

Noelle Holmes of Illuminations Healing Arts Center will lead you through this guided meditation, perfect for anyone from beginners to experienced meditators.
