Guided Meditation at the Grant Wood Studio: Ground & Release

This yearly standard moves us through steps for processing stress and anxiety while calling on earth-centered visuals to help our new perspective to take root. Noelle Holmes of Illuminations Healing Arts Center will lead you through this guided meditation, perfect for anyone from beginners to experienced meditators. Space is limited, so sign up early.
