Guided Meditation at the Grant Wood Studio: “The Giving Circle”

Sometimes extending thoughts of compassion and support to others fills our cup. Other times, we're in need of replenishment. We'll step through a bit of both while envisioning the energy of a "Giving Circle" to bring ourselves into harmonious alignment.

Noelle Holmes of Illuminations Healing Arts Center will lead you through this guided meditation, perfect for anyone from beginners to experienced meditators. Space is limited, so sign up early.
