Guided Meditation at the Grant Wood Studio: Emerging & Embracing

Our meditation will take us from dormant seed to sun-soaked, top-side bloom during this season of Spring awakenings. All within us that wishes to be cultivated will lead the way. Noelle Holmes of Illuminations Healing Arts Center will lead you through this guided meditation, perfect for anyone from beginners to experienced meditators. Space is limited, so sign up early.
