Guided Meditation at the Grant Wood Studio: Center Of Gravity

Our meditation will guide us through accessing elements that naturally pull us into centering and interiority. Moving into this innermost space, we can align with our deeper sense of resonant wholeness. Noelle Holmes of Illuminations Healing Arts Center will lead you through this guided meditation, perfect for anyone from beginners to experienced meditators. Space is limited, so sign up early.
