Guided Meditation at the Grant Wood Studio: “Autumnal Trek”

The hallmarks of Fall - crisp air, golden sun, turning leaves, bright harvest moon, and evening mist will serve as touchstones for our meditative visioning. We might even end the night with a Halloween treat!
Noelle Holmes of Illuminations Healing Arts Center will lead you through this guided meditation, perfect for anyone from beginners to experienced meditators. Space is limited, so sign up early. Fee: $10 payable to Noelle Holmes on arrival.
