Guided Meditation at the Grant Wood Studio: An Artistic Union

The CRMA's summer exhibition, Tomás & Charlie Lasansky: An Artistic Union, showcases several works in which the artists cobbled their discarded printmaking material into repurposed collage components. The idea of turning something “bad” into something better opens us to transformation, reclamation and changing perspective. This artful approach expands our interpretation of being useful in unexpected ways.

Noelle Holmes of Illuminations Healing Arts Center will lead you through this guided meditation, perfect for anyone from beginners to experienced meditators. Space is limited, so sign up early. Fee: $10 payable to Noelle Holmes. Masks are currently required.
