Doodlebugs: Van Gogh's Nose

This post-impressionist master had a unique technique that gave his paintings texture and movement. To celebrate Vincent’s birthday today, we’ll use some unexpected tools* to paint a “moving” portrait.
Supplies: A spoon and fork, paint (Miss Erin will be using tempera but you can also use finger paint, acrylics if you are very careful, or any other paint with a thick texture), heavy paper or cardstock, a pencil, paintbrush, water cup, palette or plate, paper towels or old rag for cleaning brushes.
