Doodlebugs: My Mom is a Spider at the North Liberty Community Library, Free

Louise Bourgeois loved spiders because they are strong, protective, and they are excellent weavers, just like Louise’s mother was. We’ll look at some of Louise’s artwork, including her 30-foot giant spider sculpture Maman (French for “mom”), and then we’ll weave our own arachnid-y art.
