Color Magic: Pre-Camp

Summer art camp for kids ages 3-6 and their adult companions. We will make two different colorful masterpieces AND visit the exhibition galleries every day, and each day is different! If your budding artist enjoys messy art-making and open-ended exploration with a variety of materials, join us! 
Each session is $25/child and will be held at the CRMA from 10:00 AM-12: 00 PM. Registration deadline: June 7, or when all spots are filled. To register, contact Education Director Erin Thomas at ethomas@crma.org or 319-366-7503. 

Monday, 7/22: Taste the Rainbow—Make masterpieces that look good enough to eat!

Tuesday, 7/23: Color Laboratory—Let your child’s inner mad scientist out to discover new colors! 

Wednesday, 7/24: Opposite Day—Complementary colors, mini & massive artworks, bumpy or smooth textures… contrasting creations await! 

Thursday, 7/25: Rainbow Weather—Raindrops, clouds, even the sky itself can be filled with colors—just look up!
