Artist Talk with Lianne Westcot

“I love the Midwest countryside and its vignettes and vistas. I am a native Iowan and my parents were trained horticulturalists. Growing up in rural Iowa, the countryside was an important part of life. In her artist talk, Lianne will tell us about her background and how she began painting. She will share the techniques and processes that she has tried and what she has learned along the way as well as the new things that she is trying right now.
